I'm not sure about the pineapple in this recipe. Has anyone tried it without the pineapple?

This was my first time making Brazilian Strogonoff and it was a disaster! The sauce was too thick and the beef was tough. I don't think I'll be making it again.

This recipe was a bit too bland for my taste. I added some extra garlic and onion to the sauce, and it was much better. I also served it over mashed potatoes instead of rice, which I think helped to balance out the flavors.

I'm not a huge fan of mushrooms, but I decided to try them in this recipe anyway. I'm so glad I did! They added a nice umami flavor to the sauce. I will definitely be making this dish again.

This dish was a bit too rich for my taste. The sauce was very heavy and the beef was a bit tough. I think I would have preferred it with a lighter sauce and more tender beef.
