Brazilian Shake-It-Up image

A delicious shake drink without the ice cream. You can use full fat milk (or even some cream) for a richer drink if your not looking at calories.

1 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 medium bananas
2 cups coffee ice cubes (frozen coffee, more or less depending on how much coffee and thickness you want)
Splenda sugar substitute, to taste (optional)

Steps:

  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender and serve in two frosty glasses.
