Overall, I thought these griddle cakes were just okay. They're not bad, but they're not amazing either. I might make them again if I'm in a pinch, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way to make them.

These griddle cakes are a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll reduce the amount of sugar in the batter next time. I also think they would be good with a savory topping, like cheese or eggs.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my griddle cakes turned out dry and crumbly. I'm not sure what I did wrong. Maybe I overcooked them?

These griddle cakes are a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add some cinnamon and nutmeg to the batter next time. I also think they would be good with a fruit compote or syrup.

I'm not a big fan of bran, but I actually really liked these griddle cakes. The bran flavor is very subtle, and the cakes are light and fluffy. I'd definitely make them again.

I love the nutty flavor of these griddle cakes. I think it comes from the bran. I also like the fact that they're not too sweet. They're perfect for a savory breakfast.

These griddle cakes are the perfect way to use up leftover bran cereal. I always have a box of bran cereal in my pantry, so I can make these griddle cakes whenever I want.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy these griddle cakes were to make. I didn't have any bran on hand, so I used oat bran instead. They turned out great! My kids loved them.
