BOURSIN CHEESE SPREAD
Wonderful addition to crackers. The store bought is so limited in it's flavors and a bit on the expensive side. I like to mix up the herbs so the boursin is a bit different each time that I make it. Boursin is great on baked potatoes for a change in topping from sour cream.

Steps:
- 1. Blend cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- 2. Add herb and mix well. Chill overnight.
- 3. Serve at room temperature with crackers.
