1 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips (or 10 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped)

I'm not sure if I did something wrong, but my truffles turned out really grainy. I don't think I'll be making them again.

I had some trouble getting the truffles to set properly. I think I might have added too much cream.

These truffles are a little too sweet for my taste, but they're still pretty good.

I'm not a big fan of bourbon, but I still really enjoyed these truffles. The pecan flavor is really strong and it pairs well with the chocolate.
