Bourbon Hot Dogs image

I got this grownup hot dog recipe from a girl I attend church with. They were always gone in no time at family functions. You need to let them sit for a day or two to take on the flavor, and inexpensive hot dogs are key here.... they make a better product!

These hot dogs were a disappointment. The sauce was bland and the hot dogs were overcooked.

I didn't have any hot dog buns, so I served these hot dogs on slider buns instead. They were still delicious!

I had some trouble finding bourbon, but I used whiskey instead and it worked out just fine.
