BOURBON CHOCOLATE CAKE
Steps:
- Combine flour and soda in a bowl. In a double boiler, heat coffee and bourbon for 5 minutes. Add chocolate and butter; melt til smooth. Remove from heat; stir in sugar. Cool 3 minutes and mix in flour mixture. Beat at medium speed for 1 minute; add eggs and vanilla. Beat til smooth. Preheat oven to 275 (bakes a long time at low temp.). Butter a 9" springform pan. Dust with cocoa. Bake 11/2 - 2 hours til done. Serve with unsweetened whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
