1/4 liter milk
1/3 teaspoon salt
1/4-1/3 liter barley flour

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 300 degrees F.
  • Mix milk and salt.
  • Add the flour, mix and form it by hand into a flat bread, about 0.5 cm thick.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes.
  • Serve with butter and cold milk.
