1 5-6 pound Boston butt pork roast
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups water
1/4 cup white vinegar

4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup hot sauce
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup low-sodium beef broth
1/4 cup red wine

This recipe was easy to follow and the roast turned out great. The gravy was a little too thick for my taste, but that's an easy fix.
