I'm gluten-free, so I substituted gluten-free flour for the all-purpose flour. The bread turned out great! It was just as moist and delicious as the regular version.

The only thing I would change about this recipe is to add a little bit more sugar. I found it to be a little bit too tart for my taste.

I love the addition of dried fruit in this recipe. It gives the bread a nice chewy texture and a burst of flavor. I used raisins, cranberries, and apricots, but you could use any type of dried fruit you like.
