I love this salad! This is a delicious and light, low-fat fruit salad with a honey lemon dressing. Topped with low fat cool whip. Yum! Enjoy!

- 1. Wash the berries, remove the stems, slice the strawberries, leave raspberries and blueberries whole, drain well, and blot gently with paper towels.
- 2. Whisk together the fresh lemon juice, Cointreau, honey and the chopped mint. Pour over berries. Toss gently. Serve immediately with light cool whip. Enjoy!
