Steps:
- Sift together dry ingredients into bowl. Add egg, milk and butter (or substitute). Beat until smooth, about 1 min. Do not overbeat. Bake in a greased 8 inch square pan (we had to use pie pans)for 20-25 minutes at 425 degrees. Serve warm.
