I love this sandwich! It's the perfect combination of flavors and textures. The bacon is crispy, the avocado is creamy, and the egg is runny. It's all wrapped up in a soft, fluffy bun. What more could you ask for?

I'm not a big fan of mayonnaise, so I used avocado instead. It was a great substitute and it added a creamy richness to the sandwich.

I love that this recipe uses whole wheat bread. It makes the sandwich healthier and more filling. I also like that the recipe calls for grilling the bacon. It adds a nice smoky flavor to the sandwich.
