Yield 8 Slices, 3-4 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 1/4 lbs hamburger
3/4 lb sausage
3 eggs
1/2 cup onion
2/3 cup ketchup
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • Using a large cutting board or other surface, knead the meat to get as much air out as possible.
  • After meat is well kneaded (gently!) place into a greased bread pan.
  • Using a rubber spatula, spread the rest of the liquid mixture on top of the meatloaf.
  • Bake at 275 degrees Fahrenheit for 2-1/2 hours or until 175 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit internal temperature.

This is the best meatloaf recipe I've ever tried. It's so moist and flavorful, and the glaze is to die for. I've made it several times and it's always a hit.

This meatloaf was a bit too dense for my taste, but the flavor was good. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

Not a fan of this recipe. The meatloaf was bland and the glaze was too sweet. I won't be making this again.

This meatloaf turned out so moist and flavorful! I was a bit skeptical about the ketchup glaze, but it really added a nice tangy sweetness to the dish. My family loved it!
