Steps:
- 1. Mix together in a large bowl, the sugar, flour, cinnamon and clovex
- 2. Add enough milk to moisten.
- 3. Add egg yolks and balance of milk, mix well. Add butter.
- 4. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in to pie mixture.
- 5. Pour into 2 pie shells. Place pies on cookie sheet to bake.Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown and almost set. Will still be somewhat jiggly, but firm.
