Blueberry-Pomegranate Smoothies image

The benefits of soy milk and pomegranate juice join forces in this lovely and refreshing beverage.

1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cup soy milk

Steps:

  • In blender, place ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
