Steps:
- Combine butter and water. Add juice and zest. Set aside. Beat egg with sugar. Add flour , baking powder , baking soda and salt alternating with orange liquid. Fold in berries. Pour in greased loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Turn out on a cooling rack. Mix glaze ingredients. Spoon over loaf.
