Blueberry Muffin Smoothie image

Try this blueberry smoothie recipe with bananas, oats, and yogurt.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1⁄2 cup (74 g) fresh or frozen blueberries
1⁄2 fresh or frozen banana, peeled
1⁄2 cup (120 ml) plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1⁄4 cup (20 g) old-fashioned oats
1⁄4 teaspoon lemon zest
1⁄2 cup (120 ml) milk of choice

Steps:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
