1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 (6 ounce) container vanilla yogurt
½ cup mango juice
¼ cup fresh blueberries
¼ cup fresh mango chunks
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Grind chia seeds in a food processor until pulverized; add yogurt, mango juice, blueberries, mango, and vanilla extract and blend until smooth.
