This recipe was given to me back in 1995 from a woman I met at a baby shower. I had lost the recipe for years...couldn't find it anywhere and often searched recipe sites for something similar to no avail, but recently I found the old recipe again!

This jello mold is a classic for a reason. It's simple to make, but it's always a hit. I like to add a little bit of lemon zest to the jello for a bit of extra flavor. It's also a great way to use up leftover blueberries.
