Blueberry Flavored Waffles image

A batter filled with blueberries and blueberry yogurt will make these waffles a hit with berry lovers!

2 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons white sugar
1 tablespoon baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
⅓ cup butter, melted
1 cup blueberries
1 blueberry yogurt

Steps:

  • Preheat a lightly greased waffle iron.
  • In a medium bowl, mix flour, sugar and baking soda. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, buttermilk and butter. Stir into the flour mixture, along with blueberries and blueberry yogurt.
  • Pour mixture into waffle iron in batches, and cook until crisp and golden brown.
