Steps:
- 1. Divide 1 bottle of the ginger ale between 2 pitchers or half-gallon bottles. Add 1/2 cup of the blueberries, half of the lemon and lime slices, and 1 tablespoon of the ginger to each pitcher. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours. (If chilling more than 2 hours, do not add lemon and lime slices until 1 to 2 hours before serving
