1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
4 cups fresh blueberries (fresh is better than frozen)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup whole milk

This cobbler was a disappointment. The crust was soggy and the filling was bland. I would not recommend this recipe.

This cobbler was a bit too sweet for my taste, but my family loved it. The crust was flaky and the filling was thick and bubbly. I would recommend using less sugar next time.
