Steps:
- 1. First make cake batter. Combine sugar, butter and egg. Add milk. Set aside.
- 2. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Combine wet and dry ingredients just until combined.
- 3. Fold in blueberries. Pour into a 9" square pan.
- 4. Mix topping ingredients together using pastry cutter until medium crumbs form. Sprinkle over unbaked cake.
- 5. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
