BLUEBERRY BANANA COBBLER image

1 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 tablespoon currants
1/8 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons chopped raw almonds
2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:

  • Combine banana, berries, oats, currents and vanilla in a microwave safe dish. Microwave for 2 minutes. Top with almonds, coconut and cinnamon and microwave for 1 minutes. Serve warm.
