Blueberry and Apple Crumble/Cobbler With Blue Cheese image

Decadent comfort food. That pretty much says it all. The sweetness of the fruit and sugar goes very well with the bite of the blue cheese. These would be very impressive baked in individual ramekins. I found this recipe in the 2009 Rosenborg calender.

This recipe was a disaster. The crumble topping didn't brown and the filling was too runny.

I'm not a big fan of blue cheese, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked in this recipe. The sweetness of the fruit balanced out the sharpness of the cheese perfectly.

I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great! The only thing I would change is adding a little more sugar to the filling. Other than that, it was perfect.
