Steps:
- 1. In a large bowl combine the sugar, tapioca, and salt. Add rhubarb and blueberries, toss to coat. Let stand 15 minutes. Transfer to crust and dot with butter.
- 2. Top with upper crust, and cut slits to vent. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
- 3. Cover pie edge with foil, Bake at 400* for 40-45 minutes, remove foil during last 15 minutes of baking time. Cool on a wire rack..Enjoy!
