The recipe for this was missing for years. I recently found it and made the dressing. My husband polished it off quickly, and is already requesting it again. I usually add a bit more blue cheese than the recipe calls for because we both love it.

Steps:
- 1. Using a food processor, chop the onion. Add all other ingredients to processor bowl except the blue cheese.
- 2. Blend until smooth. Stir in the blue cheese by hand. Chill. Best if made the day before serving.
- 3. Makes 2 1/2 cups of dressing.
