This is a great little appetizer you can whip up in no time especially when there are unannounced guests. I usually have the ingredients on hand. You can garnish the celery pieces with almonds if you like.

I'm not a big fan of blue cheese, but I still enjoyed these. The celery was perfectly cooked and the breading was crispy.

These were a bit bland. I think I would add some garlic and onion powder to the breadcrumb mixture next time.

I love celery and blue cheese, so I knew I would like these. They did not disappoint! The breading was crispy and flavorful, and the celery was tender and juicy.

These were easy to make and very tasty. I used a store-bought blue cheese dressing, which made them even quicker to prepare.
