BLUE CHEESE BISON BURGERS image

Yield 4 servings

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pound ground burger
1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons roasted and chopped shallots and garlic
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Blue cheese, crumbled
salt & pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients and form 4 patties adding approximately 1 teaspoon of blue cheese into the center of each patty
