A classic gets a rockin' new twist with lemon-grilled catfish and tangy chili sauce instead of mayo. I love to serve these sandwiches with sweet red pepper strips and grilled potato wedges. They're always a huge hit! -Mary Ann Dell, Phoenixville, Pennsylvania

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my BLT catfish sandwiches were a disaster. I'll stick to my regular BLT recipe from now on.

I wouldn't recommend this recipe. The catfish was overcooked and the sandwiches were bland.

I found the catfish to be a bit dry. I think I would try a different cooking method next time.
