Blintz Casserole image

I came across this recipe from Beach Hut Bed & Breakfast Inn and posted it here so I could locate it next weekend. Thought it sounded good, not too sweet, and seems easy to put together for overnight guests. I don't know how many people this recipe would serve, but I would double it for 4 guests, thinking three blintzes per person. I will post a review next week. I did try this recipe and I thought it was very, very bland. Perhaps others will think differently.

This recipe is a waste of time. The blintzes were dry and the casserole was flavorless.

I followed the recipe, but my casserole didn't turn out right. The blintzes were too thick and the cheese didn't melt.

This casserole was easy to make, but it was a little bland. I think I'll add some more spices next time.

I would have liked the blintzes to be a little crispier, but overall this was a good recipe.

This recipe was a little too sweet for my taste, but my kids loved it.

I'm not a huge fan of blintzes, but I really enjoyed this casserole. The cheese and sour cream added a nice richness, and the blintzes were nice and soft.

This blintz casserole was a hit with my family! The combination of sweet and savory flavors was perfect, and the blintzes were cooked to perfection. I will definitely be making this again.
