1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
combine all ingredients
toss scallops with 2 tbsp oil then dredge in cajun seasoning and heat in skillet over high head...about 2 mins per side.
