  • 5. * you can roast the jalapeno and yellow pepper stovetop simply by placing on a direct flame and using a tongs turn 1/4 turn every 1-2 minutes or until blackened. The scallops were a bit bland. I think I'll add some more herbs and spices next time.

This recipe was a bit too complicated for me. I'm a beginner cook and I found it difficult to follow.

I had a hard time finding scallops at my local grocery store, but it was worth the effort. These scallops were delicious!

The scallops were a bit overcooked, but the flavor was still good. I'll be sure to cook them for less time next time.

These scallops were a bit too spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed them. Next time, I'll use less blackened seasoning.

I love that this recipe is so versatile. I was able to use different types of seafood, such as shrimp and lobster, and they all turned out great.

The presentation of these scallops was beautiful. I served them on a bed of roasted vegetables and they looked like they belonged in a restaurant.

These scallops were so good, I ate them all in one sitting! I'll have to make a double batch next time.

The blackened seasoning gave these scallops a delicious smoky flavor. I will definitely be making them again.
