This recipe was a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved it. The fish was cooked well and the blackened seasoning was flavorful.

This recipe is easy to follow and the fish turned out delicious. I used a cast iron skillet and the fish cooked evenly. The blackened seasoning was perfect and gave the fish a nice smoky flavor.

The fish was a bit dry, but the flavor was good. I think I'll try cooking it for a shorter amount of time next time.
