Steps:
- Simmer the white wine, oil, butter, blackberries, honey and thyme on a low heat until boiling. Add the pork chops to the pan with the sauce and cook for 5-7 minute (or until cooked thoroughly) flipping every couple of minutes. Plate the pork chops and pour the extra sauce over them.
