BLACK EYED PEA DIP

Steps:
- 1. Partially mash meas, leaving some whole.
- 2. Combine all ingredients and stir to combine.
- 3. Spread into a 1-1/2 quart baking dish. bake in 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
