This recipe was a bust. The black beans were mushy and the cheese was rubbery. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong. I won't be making this again.

This dish was delicious and easy to make. I used canned black beans and corn, which made it even quicker. I also added a can of diced tomatoes to give it a bit more flavor. It was a hit with my family and I will definitely be making it again.

This recipe was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. The black beans were cooked perfectly and the cheese was melted and gooey. I would recommend using less chili powder if you don't like spicy food.
