BLACK BEAN AND CORN SALSA image

1 can black beans, drained
1 can black eyed peas, drained
1 lg can corn, drained
½ red onion, diced small
1 bunch cilantro, chopped, about ½ C
½ jalapeño pepper, diced
½ red bell pepper, diced small
¼- 1/3 C balsamic vinegar
2-3T red wine vinegar
3T cumin
1T cayenne
Seasoned salt + P
1-2t garlic powder
1-2t onion powder

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in bowl. Add more balsamic vinegar if needed, to coat. Refrigerate before serving.
