BISQUICK COCONUT CUSTARD PIE Recipe - (3.7/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 c. flaked coconut

Steps:

  • Mix first 3 ingredients together, then add rest. Mix well and pour into greased 9 inch glass pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Makes its own crust, custard filling in center and browned coconut on top. To test for doneness, place the point of knife in center. If knife comes out clean, it's done. Cool on cake rack.
