Bisquick Cheese Puffs image

Puffy, cheesy sausage balls for cocktails in front of the fireplace.

Number Of Ingredients 5

12 oz ground spicy pure pork sausage
3 c bisquick baking mix
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp parskey flakes
2 Tbsp water

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350^. Break up sausage in 10-inch skillet. Cook until gray and crumbly; drain off fat.
  • 2. Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl; mix in cooked sausage thoroughly with hands. Shape dough into balls 1 inch in size.
  • 3. Bake on ungreased baking sheet 15-20 minutes or until tops are lightly speckled. Serve warm.
