Bisquick Breakfast Casserole image

A big thanks to Winona's Aunt Connie for this easy and delicious breakfast.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 lb sausage
8 eggs
2 c milk
1 c bisquick
1 c cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 325. Grease a 9x13 pan. Cook and drain sausage. Beat eggs, add milk and Bisquick and mix well.
  • 2. Layer sausage on bottom of pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cheese over sausage. Pour egg mixture over the cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake for 50 minutes
