Number Of Ingredients 5

1 (12 ounce) package ready-to-bake refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuits
1 large egg, beaten
1 tablespoon grated fresh parmesan cheese or 1 tablespoon grated romano cheese
2 teaspoons pizza seasoning or 2 teaspoons dried Italian dressing
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine

  • Position the rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 375 degrees F.
  • Lightly grease a baking or cookie sheet.
  • Open the biscuit package and separate into 10 biscuits.

This biscuit focaccia was a hit! It was so easy to make and turned out perfectly. I used a cast iron skillet and it gave the bread a nice crispy crust. I also added some rosemary and thyme to the dough for extra flavor. Highly recommend this recipe!
