Steps:
- Cook potatoes with skins; leave a little on firm side. Peel and dice after cold. Melt margarine, paprika, salt, pepper, mustard and cheese on low hear. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with additional paprika. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
