Steps:
- 1. Place sausage, peppers, and onion in heavy aluminum foil. You can also place items onto skewers randomly.
- 2. Mix hot sauce and sweet and sour sauce in a small bowl and pour over the mixture or over skewers. seal edges of alum. foil.
- 3. Place onto grill for 45 min, turning every 15 min. Or bake at 350 for 30-45 min.
- 4. Eat by itself, on skewer, or on a good crusted bread.
