1 small garlic clove, crushed
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
2 medium cucumbers or 2 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix sour cream, garlic, sugar, salt and dill weed. Stir in cucumbers. Sprinkle with snipped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
