Best Grilled Potatoes image

Preparing potatoes on the grill is a convenient and simple way to cook spuds all summer long-especially with this easy, three-step process. Potatoes get scrubbed and pierced, just as you would if you were baking them, covered in coarse salt and grilled for about an hour. Perfectly salted and infused with a deep smoky flavor, these grilled potatoes are the ideal side for any warm-weather meal. Stick to this method, and you'll never need to turn on the oven for crispy, tender taters again!

These potatoes were the perfect side dish for my grilled chicken. They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

I thought these potatoes were just okay. They were a bit too oily for my taste.

These potatoes were a total disaster! They were dry and flavorless. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

Not bad, but I think I'll try adding some herbs and spices next time to give them a little more flavor.
