Best Ever Meat Marinade (Steak, Lamb or Pork) image

From a community cookbook submitted by Linda Taylor, this is an easy to prepare marinade that is great for grilling.

Yield 1 1/2 cups

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/3 cup wine vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Pour marinade over the meat and marinate for 2-3 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator.
