Best Blondies Ever! image

These are easy to bake and taste delicious!! You can substitute flour and baking soda for self-raising flour . And you can use white chocolate chips instead of butterscotch chips!

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 cup butter, melted
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup butterscotch chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F or 180°C Grease 16X16 inch pan.
  • Beat butter and sugar in bowl.
  • Add flour, soda, powder and salt then mix.
  • Press into pan then bake for about 20 minutes. Cool, cut into square slabs and enjoy!
