Berry-Mango Smoothie with Yogurt image

This is a yummy protein-packed smoothie with fresh or frozen raspberries, blueberries, mango, and Greek yogurt. Add extra protein powder, if you like, or a banana for a thicker smoothie.

½ cup frozen raspberries
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup fresh mango - peeled, pitted, and chopped
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup milk
